Emplifi Bot - Guidance warnings, Fallback intent support & bug fixes,

We will be releasing a new version of Emplifi Bot. This version includes:

• Guidance Warnings
  

  A new feature has been created and will be released as a Beta. “Guidance Warnings” allows users to enable a setting within the Authoring Settings of their Bot which activates a set of predetermined analysis checks on the general health of their Bot, highlighting potential issues with their design and offering guidance or steps to rectify a detected issue.
  

• Fallback intent support - Simple Intent Engine
  

  We have added additional support for “Fallback” intents within the Simple Intent Engine, further enhancing the scope of what the Beta can support.
  

• Bug fixes
  

  A series of small visual bugs and minor configuration issues have been rectified as part of this release.

There will be no planned downtime as part of this maintenance.

A new Release Candidate 3 for 13.1 will be applied to all non-production environments (currently using 13.1) on 15 Apr 2026 at 5:00pm EST.

There will be no downtime associated with the release of this update.

This release candidate contains fixes to issues identified following the previous release candidate. Release notes with more details will be available through the Customer Portal, online help.

Please note that the production release date has been pushed to 13 May 2026 to allow for additional validation.

Additional notifications will be sent regarding these updates as more information is available.
