We will be releasing version 2026-8 of Emplifi Knowledge. This version includes the following updates:

• Added Librarian Search and introduced a new dedicated widget in the Standard UI to display Librarian responses, automatically mapping source references into clickable Topic links.

• Added character limit validation and messaging for AI Topic Response Summarization across the Standard UI and Authoring Tool to prevent unexpected failures when responses exceed supported lengths.

• Improved agent selection on the Agent Assist Productivity Dashboard by adding a "Select All" option and resolved reporting issues when filtering data for specific agents.

• Fixed a large number of visual issues with the Topic Response editor introduced in the previous release.

There will be no downtime associated with this update.
