We will be releasing version 2026-9 of Emplifi Knowledge. This version includes the following updates:
Updated Updated Keyword mode to better support Japanese, Polish, Turkish and Estonian languages
Resolved an issue where images embedded in Custom Templates failed to display properly
Fixed an issue where selecting a topic link with an inaccessible or disabled topic bypassed the configured search engine mode (Keyword or Semantic) and incorrectly fell back to NLP search results
Fixed an issue in the Response Editor where the font color and background color dropdown panel was clipped inside the modal
Resolved an issue where modifying a Learner transcript (such as creating topics or deleting questions) failed with an error
