We will be releasing a hotfix for Emplifi Bot.

This hotfix addresses:

- A rollback of a recent update to prevent Routing rules and Intents from interfering when an agent is in an Escalation state or the Take and reply mechanism is used from Community. The decision has been made to revert the changes due to a selection of issues that were caused with certain bot configurations that rely on setting variable actions post-escalation.

There will be no planned downtime as part of this maintenance.
