We will be releasing a hotfix for Emplifi Bot.

This hotfix addresses:

- A noted issue with backwards compatibility with AES encryption support, causing links provided by SMS to the Emplifi Chat client to fail in certain scenarios.

- A noted issue amongst a subset of clients where appending case transcript text to Agent cases from SMS Bots would sometimes not trigger automatically.

There will be no planned downtime as part of this hotfix.
