We will be releasing a hotfix for Emplifi Bot. This version addresses the reliability of the bot / agent integration feature for copying transcripts to agent.

There will be no planned downtime as part of this hotfix.

What's included in this release:

• Improves reliability of chat transcripts appearing on Agent cases when a conversation is resolved.

• Improves error handling in the UI.
