Twitter is currently experiencing an API bug where the 2/tweets/search/recent endpoint returns incomplete data, causing missing content in listening results for some customers since late March.
This has been reported to Twitter. They have confirmed they can replicate the issue. We are awaiting a fix from their side.
There is a workaround in place for affected customers.
