Emplifi Bot - Unified Analytics updates, Simple Intent Engine updates

We will be releasing a new version of Emplifi Bot. This version includes:

• Unified Analytics updates - Filtering
  
  We have made additional updates to the Bot Unified Analytics dashboards. Now, the channel/profile filters within the top taskbar will allow users to easily select multiple profiles at once instead of just a single profile.
  
  

• Unified Analytics updates - Table widget calculations (totals)
  
  Based on client feedback, we have amended the “total” column within the table widgets on both the Overview & Performance dashboards to make the data easier to understand for clients (focusing only on new conversations within those widgets instead of additional sources).
  
  

• Unified Analytics updates - Documentation links
  
  Each dashboard will now have easily accessible links to their supporting documentation at the top of each dashboard, in addition to where they are currently hosted within our documentation portal.
  
  

• Simple Intent Engine - Intents routing/interruption
  
  We have updated the Simple Intent Engine beta to remove an issue where configured intents would still activate in a post-escalation state. Now, any intent matching will be suppressed while a conversation is in an escalated state, to avoid any potential interruptions via automated logic.
  
  

There will be no planned downtime as part of this maintenance.
