We will be releasing version 2026-3 of Emplifi Knowledge. This version includes the following updates:
Updated User management to support Emplifi Suite as a login method. This includes support for Emplifi user invitations once this capability is enabled in the future. Email addresses for users must now be unique within each tenant, as the email address is used as the unique identifier for Emplifi Suite logins.
Continued progress toward integrating Emplifi Knowledge with Unified Analytics, improving the foundation for sharing analytics data between the two platforms.
Enhanced the Knowledge API to support future Unified Analytics integration and improved analytics data access.
Updated the User Preferences interface to remove the option to change passwords when authentication is managed through Emplifi Suite or SSO.
