Emplifi Bot - Unified Analytics updates

We will be releasing a new version of Emplifi Bot. This version includes:

• Unified Analytics updates
  
  The Bot dashboards in Unified Analytics have been updated to deliver a more comprehensive reporting experience for chatbot overview & performance metrics. These updates to the existing Unified Analytics dashboards provide enhanced insights into conversation and message volume, containment and escalation rates, intent matching across languages and platforms, and performance comparisons across multiple bots.
  
  There will be no planned downtime as part of this maintenance.
