Emplifi Bot - General visualisation and backend improvements

We will be releasing a new version of Emplifi Bot. This version includes:

•  General visualisation improvements
  
  Improvements have been made to the visualisations on the authoring canvas, specifically, with connectors between response nodes and “snapping” behaviours when dragging and dropping nodes.
  

• Backend improvements
  
  A selection of improvements to the backend architecture of the Bot platform have been made, in preparation for planned updates to the Unified Analytics dashboards for Bot.
  
  
  
  There will be no planned downtime as part of this maintenance.
