Emplifi Bot - Updated Bot Overview page, response editor consistency & minor bug fixes

We will be releasing a new version of Emplifi Bot. This version includes:

An updated Overview page experience:

Following the previous update and release of a new Bot Settings interface, we are releasing an entirely new Overview page experience. This will remove the former "cards" interface and replace it with a streamlined, easy-to-use table list of your bots.

  • The table view allows users to view all their bots in a list rather than limiting the display to only 3, complete with a column display of the number of conversations each bot has received in the last 24 hours, a display of when the last version of your bot was published and by which user in your account.

  • Each Bot within the list also provides an easier method of managing channels and profiles connected to your bot, allowing users to easily add & remove channels from the Overview page, in addition to providing links to the native experience for each connected channel or profile. Users can also easily duplicate and rename their bots within the same menu.

  • Lastly, each Bot within the Overview table now provides an "Analyze" button, allowing a user to simply click once in order to open a pre-filtered Unified Analytics display of their Bot and its related performance metrics, reducing the need for manual navigation and filtering.

Response editing consistency:

  • Users will now see that whether editing responses within the main flow authoring interface or via the additional library tree interfaces (Intents, Response Groups, Routing Rules), the drop-down selector will offer a consistent experience, including the descriptive text and guidance for each response type as within the main flow authoring interface.

Publish button relocation:

  • To further improve ease of use, the Publish button for Bots is now located within the main flow authoring interface in the top-right of the screen, eliminating the need to exit a bot you are editing to publish a change.

Minor bug & experience fixes:

  • An assortment of minor visual bugs were resolved, including some instances where node connectors would be hidden when using URL response types for postbacks or the button for generating AI intent utterances would display when the feature was disabled. There have also been some minor improvements to user experience in terms of clearing "memory" for selected values when editing routing rule conditions.

There will be no planned downtime as part of this maintenance.
